Bring a little indulgence to your breakfast table with these flaky croissants filled with creamy pistachio spread. They’re rich, sweet, and irresistibly nutty — perfect for a lazy weekend morning or a special dessert.

This recipe is incredibly simple, and the result is a bakery-worthy treat that takes just minutes to make.

Ingredients:

  • 4 all-butter croissants

  • 4 tbsp Italian pistachio cream (from Affetto Italiano)

  • Optional: icing sugar, crushed pistachios, or melted white chocolate for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise (not all the way through).

  2. Spread a generous spoonful of pistachio cream inside each croissant.

  3. Optionally, drizzle with melted white chocolate or dust with icing sugar and sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.

  4. Warm in the oven at 160°C for 5 minutes to slightly toast and melt the filling.
